Stripers

General Info: Every year, striper anglers are one of our top groups of customers. Striper fishing is a solid chunk of the US market, but shares very little of the spotlight. These aggressive fish can be found on both coasts in the saltwater, plus a ton of freshwater locations. You can even fish them on pristine sand flats just like bonefish or permit. Stripers are meat-eaters and love a big baitfish pattern. The majority of fly anglers are using baitfish patterns, but a highly-prepared striper angler will have some poppers as well as some crab and shrimp patterns available.
