I'll let her tell you about the day-
I live about 30 minutes from the Gunnison River, in Crested Butte, CO. This day was my first time fishing for Kokanee, and I was very excited. My roll cast was shaky, especially with the weights we added to get the flies down deep. First few salmon got off the line, and I was getting antsy. As the sun was starting to set, I landed this beauty, hence my "I CAUGHT MY FIRST SALMON" smile!
