It happens, hatches don't come off at usual
times, water levels remain higher longer than normal, snow comes out of
nowhere for the first time in months. Plans of fishing our
favorite water at traditional seasonal times pass, without us wetting a
fly, because of less than desirable conditions. If fly fishing
