Many a discerning fly fisher, will only use hand made furled leader,, nothing turns over a fly better, or lasts longer.  Attach tippet using a loop to loop connection.  And attach to fly line using braided loops.  One leader should last a whole season.

A few extra notes on these leaders;
loops on either end are part of the leader.  The first time you get the leader out, be sure to massage the memory out.  They tend to be tight at first,  All that is required is you run it through your fingers a few times.
