It is true spring has arrived, along with such hatches as
the Hendricksons,
Quill
Gordons,
Steelies being taken on streamers, wets and buggers, even in
the crazy water flows.
Reds, are the focus in Florida, if you are lucky to be in
the right area, tarpon right around the corner get your tarpon
flies now.
Montana and other mountainous climes think nymphs if you
are pre-blow out
Muskegon and other rivers have steelies in good numbers
using stones,bh
circus caddis,hex nymphs.

Browns are being found in California, and the west coast.
Midge
patterns remain a great go to. Crane
flies if available in your haunts are a favorite right now especially in
Pa.
Caddis
coming off nicely in the White River and other places in the southern US.
Bass
are making their way back from the depths of cold water impoundments ready to
get the feed bag on. Muddlers,
woolly
buggers, banaramas
some of our early season favorites. While popper are working nicely in
the warmer areas.
