Brian with a huge brown caught on the Los Pinos River in CO using a size 2 olive Slumpbuster.
Both fish, the 23.5" rainbow and 26" brown were caught last week on the Los Pinos River in southwest Colorado. They brown was caught on a size 2 Olive Slumpbuster, and the rainbow a size 2 black Conehead Muddy Buddy. Both flies were from Big Y, with the barbs pinched, and both fish were released. I was fishing with an Orvis rod with sinking line.
